  1. Applegate Farms uncured salami (Aldi often has a version. check labels always. contains dextrose only)
  2. Nuts, plain. Choose unsalted and unflavored.
  3. Fritos (not health food but no sugar!) *Found a blue corn version at Wegmans!
  4. Any unmarinated meat or seafood
  5. Fresh vegetables
  6. Frozen vegetables without sauces
  7. Friendship cottage cheese
  8. Plain greek yogurt (I love Fage brand but usually just buy the ALDI store brand)
  9. Primal Kitchen ketchup
  10. Wegmans sparkling waters-a multitude of flavors. May favorites are Ginger and Lemon Lime
